Sarah Calise (she/they) is a public historian and librarian dedicated to connecting people with their past and preserving important records through digital, written, and verbal storytelling. They have experience in a variety of communication tools, including digital collections development and management, creating and managing websites, writing public essays, physical and online exhibits, conducting and transcribing oral histories, instructing classes for K-12 schools and colleges, developing empowering public programs, and managing institutional social media accounts.

Sarah doesn’t do this work alone. Building and maintaining community partnerships is vital to their work and their belief that people should have control over their past, present, and future stories. All power to all the people.
